Disability Management

The adVeci DM program is structured around 3 modules:

Two-hour interactive sessions

Held in small groups, these sessions are designed to raise the awareness of employees – regardless of their function or seniority level – about the importance of establishing quality communication with the absent team member. We also share best practices and tips.

Assistance in putting together a fully customized disability management framework

This includes allocating the roles and accountabilities within your DM team and the drafting of related charters and policies which may be part of an employee handbook, HR policies, general corporate governance, or ESG frameworks.

Operational support for your DM team

We provide operational support in the management of individual cases of long-term absence, including giving advice in relation to sensitive DM topics. We also provide personalized support for employees absent due to illness.
