Dimitri Davreux is the founding partner of adVeci Advisors.
He started his career in the IT and Telecom sector with Proximus and with ARINSO (ERP specialist). He has then worked in Luxembourg at Banque International Luxembourg (BIL) as HR Manager for Funds Services Business.
In 2006, he became the Head of Human Resources Europe for RBC Investor Services. He has moved to Asia (Singapore) to take over the Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific role for RBC Investor Services and was also in charge of the Operating Center.
He relocated himself in 2011 to become the Chief HR Officer for Alter Domus, Member of the Group Executive Team and of the Remuneration Committee. He had the overall responsibility of HR aspect for 20 countries and 2400 people. From 2018, he spent 18 months in Chicago (USA) to facilitate the integration of last acquisitions of Alter Domus.
He recently founded adVeci Advisors to provide with Advisory Services (HR and Business), Leadership Assessment, Outplacement and Executive Search services.
Dimitri holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Brussels (Belgium) and from the Complutense of Madrid (Spain). He is certified by a worldwide assessment methodology (PAPI). He is a native French speaker and he speaks fluently English and Spanish.
Martine Lepert started her career in executive search at Berndtson International before starting her own business and managing it for 5 years. She then joined Norsk Hydro, creating the Human Resources and Communication function first in France and in Norway thereafter, in line with the expansion of the company in automotive business. Her expertise started and grew since on how to engage international, diverse and remote staff in matrix organisations long before the pandemic made it a “new normal”. She also took responsibility of a group leading to a successful merger with VAW in Germany.
In 2002, Martine joined Guardian Industries, a private US company which was undergoing an accelerated growth and required to create a European Human Resources at its headquarter located in Luxembourg.
She then joined AIG Insurance at their European Headquarters in Paris in 2007 as Vice President, when new strategies were required in Human Resources and Communication. The financial crisis in 2008 confirmed her resilience and capabilities to deliver in crisis times, taking actions that succeeded in retaining key players and maintaining commercial results.
For the last 12 years of her career, Martine was part of the executive team of the European Investment Fund (EIF) in Luxembourg. Since she joined, the EIF more than tripled its activity, as a tribute to a multi-faceted and talented staff combined with a true belief in its mission to facilitate access to finance for European SMEs.
With a diverse background, a dynamic personality and a genuine satisfaction to see others grow and succeed, Martine has now decided to dedicate herself to offering tailor-made coaching services to executives.
She is Partner in charge of Finance Industry and Executive Coaching.
Martine holds an Executive Master from Said University and HEC Paris in Consulting and Coaching for Change, she is an ICF certified coach since 2006 and has licences in MBTI and PAPI. She speaks French, English and German.
Before joining the firm, Laurence Jérouville worked in the Healthcare area as physiotherapist with a speciality in the Cancer practice. She has been working for more than 20 years in that field and has learned and used various methodologies such Chinese Medicine and alternative therapy.
She leads the Healthcare and Bio-Medical Executive Search practice as Senior Consultant and she is also in charge of our service to clients by developing the framework (process, training awareness) dedicated to “onboarding an employee after a long absence for medical reasons”.
Since 2018, she left the Healthcare industry to develop herself in the Finance and HR area. She has lived in Europe, Asia and in the USA.
Laurence has a bachelor’s degree from ISCAM (Belgium) and she speaks French, English & Spanish.
Sylvie Notarnicola is Senior HR consultant in offering her incredible experience in HR services field. She is an experienced HR professional who spent more than 30 years in managing HR function for various organizations in Luxembourg: international banks, public transport company, privately owned media firm and big 4. She is active in mentoring HR “new generation” and in supporting companies in the transformational phase.
She is also very active in various state organizations such local high school, red cross, Ministry to gender equality or dedicated mentoring program for international women.
She has a long and successful experience with redundancy and social plans for major banks in Luxembourg (the largest one with 250 staff reduction).
She is a certified trainer in multiple HR modules and is co-leading the HR topic at the University of Luxembourg. She is Luxembourgish with a solid “hands-on” reputation in the market. She speaks fluently Luxembourgish, French, German and English.
Aurélie Breton is Senior Advisor and has more than 5 years recruitment experience in the Financial Industry in Luxembourg where she was Team Leader in a Recruitment firm in charge of recruiting specific profiles for the financial sectors, mainly the Fund Industry, the Banking Sector, the professional services and the Investment companies.
She has more than 40 recruitments covered since she started working on that field.
Aurélie holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Brussels (Belgium) and she speaks fluently French and English and has a good knowledge of Dutch and German.
Eddy Benalouache is Research Associate and has more than 4 years recruitment experience in the Financial Industry in Luxembourg.
His client portfolio is mainly composed of investment funds, banking institutions, trustees with a specialization in the private equity and real estate industry.
He has more than 40 recruitments covered since he started working on that field.

Laure Maillard, Senior HR consultant, brings many years of expertise in Human Resources Management in different sectors and international environments. She started her career in New York in the investment banking industry, recruiting, supporting, and developing leaders and managers in their career growth internationally through succession planning.
Back in Paris in 2005, she integrated the European HR Headquarter of Delphi, an automotive supplier, as HR manager, to develop and manage the Global Mobility Center of Expertise for EMEA, implementing Compensation& Benefits policies, strategic packages guidelines and trainings for employees’ mobility to support the business ‘growth worldwide.
When she relocated with her family to Luxembourg in 2015, she joined the Corporate HR team of Amazon European Head Quarter, to support the rapid growth and strategic expansion of the company in Luxembourg but also in EMEA. She led with the project team, the HRSS transition and HR tool implementation to allow more automation for various businesses through scalable HR processes and policies harmonization for more than 15 countries, and also key contributor to the Employee Assistance Program.
Enthusiastic about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics, Laure joined our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice as Senior HR Consultant to support companies in re-onboarding their employees after long medical absences to reintegrate the workplace.
Laure holds an MBA in International Human Resources from Pace University (N-Y, USA) along with certification in employment law and European social protection from GERESO and in Luxembourg via LLC. She also has a good practice of employment law in the USA. She speaks fluently English and French and has a written knowledge of Spanish and German.
Catherine Germini is Research Associate and has 20 years of experience in the Banking and Fund Administration sector in various positions.
In 2020, she left the Finance Industry to develop herself in the HR area and passed a Master’s Degree in this field.
Catherine uses this extensive experience to provide the best possible support, always with good humour.
She speaks French, English and Italian.
