He is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience specializing in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development across various industries. In November 2024, Romain became a Partner at adVeci Advisors, where he leverages his extensive expertise to provide tailored HR advisory services. He helps organizations enhance their human capital strategies, navigate complex people management challenges, and achieve sustainable growth.
Prior to joining adVeci Advisors, Romain held senior HR roles within prominent companies, including the European Investment Bank and Arendt Investor Services. During his tenure at Arendt as Head of HR, he led HR operations through a period of rapid growth, expanding the team from 130 to 300 employees. His expertise in recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and crisis handling, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, helped shape robust people strategies for the organization.
Romain’s international HR experience also includes pivotal roles at PwC in Luxembourg, Amazon in Dublin, and Total in Moscow, where he implemented innovative HR initiatives, led multicultural teams, and optimized HR processes. His comprehensive understanding of the HR function—from employee life cycle management to HRIS implementation—makes him a trusted advisor capable of addressing both strategic and operational challenges.
Romain holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Relationship Management from IAE Aix-en-Provence. He is also certified in Mental Health First Aid, SHL Talent Measurement, and Data-Driven Decision Making. His passion for innovation and emerging trends such as AI and the future of work ensures that his clients receive forward-thinking solutions.
