Marjorie Pouly is Senior Consultant in charge of Executive Search.

With over 15 years of experience in the Fund industry within a global bank, she transitioned into executive search in 2022.

Prior to joining adVeci Advisors, Marjorie held various roles at RBC Investor Services within the Global Client Coverage team and Third-Party Vendor Management dealing with C-Level stakeholders and international partners. She has developed a proven expertise in talent attraction while working for two independent executive search firms in Luxembourg.

Her dual expertise in finance and headhunting, along with her experience in both international organizations and entrepreneurial ecosystems, allows her to navigate complex hiring challenges and support organizations in their talent acquisition strategies.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Sales strategies from INSEEC Business School in Paris and has further strengthened her skills with certifications in recruitment and labor law. She is fluent in French and English, assisting clients across local and international markets.
