Laurence Jérouville

Senior Consultant in charge of Disability Management

Before joining the firm, Laurence Jérouville worked in Healthcare as physiotherapist with a speciality in the Cancer practice. She has been working for more than 20 years in that field and has learned and used various methodologies such Chinese Medicine and alternative therapy.

She leads the Healthcare practice as Senior Consultant and she is also in charge of our Disability Management services to clients by developing the framework (process, training awareness) dedicated to “onboarding an employee after a long absence for medical reasons”.

Since 2018, she left the Healthcare industry to develop herself in the Finance and HR area. She has also passed successfully in 2024 a certification program on “Disability Management” provided by the Institut National d’Assurance Maladie-Invalidité (INAMI) in Belgium to be certified as a Disability case Manager.

Laurence has a bachelor’s degree from ISCAM (Belgium) and she speaks French, English & Spanish.
