Individual Case Management

When a specific situation arises, we provide tailor-made, confidential support to both the employee and the employer. We ensure that each reintegration plan is personalized and realistic.

Services include:

  • Case-by-case analysis and advisory (administrative, medical, and HR angles)
  • Identification of return-to-work options and adjusted working conditions
  • Drafting and implementing individual reintegration plans
  • Continuous support for both parties for up to 6 months after return.
