A leading global infrastructure asset manager is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join its EMEA finance team. This is a high-impact role responsible for overseeing consolidated financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of annual statutory financial statements for the holding company, in collaboration with external accounting firms
 - Act as legal manager (“Gérant”) of Luxembourg fund entities, holding official mandates and assuming fiduciary responsibilities in line with local governance requirements
 - Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
 - Manage quarterly and annual consolidated accounts across EMEA entities
 - Oversee IFRS conversion of local and consolidated accounts
 - Support the development and maintenance of accounting policies
 - Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
 - Conduct quality reviews of consolidated and statutory accounts
 - Contribute to ad hoc finance projects as needed
 - Supervise a Senior Officer and Fund Accountant
 
Key requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Audit, or Accounting
 - 5 to 10 years experience in Luxembourg fund finance, with a focus on managing a consolidation process
 - Strong understanding of Luxembourg accounting policies and IFRS standards, US GAAP is an asset.
 - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools
 - Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages such as French or German a plus
