In the context of a new AIFM launch, our client is recruiting several Conducting Officers. Depending on your background, you may be appointed as a Conducting Officer with oversight of operations, risk, valuation, or compliance.
- 10/15+ years of experience in fund operations, preferably within an AIFM or ManCo environment
- Deep understanding of operational processes related to alternative funds (PE, RE, debt)
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, able to design procedures and workflows independently
- Excellent understanding of CSSF requirements and fund operational compliance
- Experience with service provider management and fund onboarding
- Technology-savvy, with the ability to evaluate and implement digital tools that enhance fund operations and reporting workflows
- Eligible to act as Conducting Officer under CSSF criteria is a strong asset
- Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
