Italian Sales to support the exciting business of a company specialize in payment platform and mobile application.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy for assigned accounts develop the Southern & CEE market share and improve competitiveness. This is our key market from the creation of the company and includes referenceable clients.
  • Analyse the competitors’ positions and integrate them in the sales and marketing action plan.
  • Feeds the marketing approach by ensuring an internal feedback of the information received during his/her contacts with the customers.
  • Build the oIer and drive the negotiation during the business acquisition process.
  • Achieve commercial objectives (Growth, Turnover, Market Shares, Order Intake, Price Management, etc.).
Market focus
  • Southern & CEE
  • Mobile apps having a large user-base which could extend their service in including fuel and EV payment
  • The world of Mobility, which includes a.o. Carmakers, OEMs, Mobility Solutions (Parking, Shared Vehicles, EV charging stations …. )
  • Exposure to fuel problematics within such market is desirable
Technology Focus & Requirements
  • Microsoft Office ( MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint )
  • Basic understanding of APIs
  • Experience with SaaS-delivered solutions
  • Easy to learn new software propositions, new systems or understand what our competitors are doing
Profile
  • 5+ years in sales role as a single contributor, first in-country employee covering multiple territories
  • Sales management experience will be viewed as a strong plus but won sales success is more important
  • Has sold new offerings by demonstrating value and is able to demonstrate it factually.
  • Experience with indirect selling is a strong advantage
  • Have had a suIicient exposure to financial and technical environment to understand key principles
  • Happily believes that everyone is equally important, internally or externally to the organization but the client is more important to all
  • Demonstrates a high level of ownership in every action undertaken
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience or aptitude to represent the company from a business perspective
  • Capacity to quickly understand the industry, market, customers, partners and capabilities of the business
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, colleagues and management
  • Native/fluent in Italian and professional in English. Any other languages welcome.
  • Consultative problem solver and actively listens
  • Can multi-task, prioritize, and juggle multiple tasks for internal or external projects simultaneously
