Key Responsibilities
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to fulfil the role.
• Developing and implementing the sales strategy for assigned accounts to develop our Southern market share and improve competitiveness.
• Analyse the competitors’ positions and integrate them in the sales and marketing action plan.
• Feeds the marketing approach by ensuring an internal feedback of the information received during his/her contacts with the customers.
• Build the offer and drive the negotiation during the business acquisition process.
• Achieve commercial objectives (Growth, Turnover, Market Shares, Order Intake, Price Management, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
We are seeking candidates with the following:
• 5+ years in sales role as a single contributor, first in-country employee covering multiple territories.
• Sales management experience will be viewed as a strong plus but won sales success is more important.
• Has sold new offerings by demonstrating value and is able to demonstrate it factually.
• Experience with indirect selling is a strong advantage.
• Have had a sufficient exposure to financial and technical environment to understand key principles.
• Happily believes that everyone is equally important, internally or externally to the organization but the client is more important to all.
• Demonstrates a high level of ownership in every action undertaken.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to quickly understand the industry, market, customers, partners and capabilities of the business.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, colleagues and management.
• Must be fluent in English. Italian and/or Spanish highly desirable. Any other languages welcome.
• Consultative problem solver and actively listens.
• Can multi-task, prioritize, and juggle multiple tasks for internal or external projects simultaneously.
