Our client, a leading International consulting firm based in Luxembourg, is looking for a visionary Director – Technology (M/F) to join its management team. In this high-impact role, you will drive the strategic development and growth of the firm’s Technology Advisory practice, helping clients navigate digital transformation with confidence.
Your Responsibilities :
• Defining and executing the growth strategy for technology services: IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, data & analytics, AI, automation, and more.
• Managing strategic client relationships and engaging with C-level executives across industries.
• Leading, mentoring, and growing diverse and high-performing teams.
• Acting as a thought leader in digital transformation across Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
• Driving business development: leading proposals, networking with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships.
• Ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability of engagements.
Your Profile:
• You are currently a Director or Senior Manager in a consulting or international environment, with a strong focus on technology and innovation.
• You bring at least 10 years of experience in technology advisory, data and digital transformation, and/or IT strategy.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale digital programs and high-value client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a natural leadership style.
• Strong connectivity to the local IT ecosystem (CIO, CTO, conferences attendance and speaker, etc)
• Fluent in English and French (any other european languages would be an asset).
