As a Director in PFS and Banking Audit, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading audit engagements for major clients in the banking and financial services sector, including professionals of the financial sector (PSF), Your primary focus will be to deliver high-quality audit services, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm’s audit practice.

- Provide audit services to a variety of banking/financial services client in compliance with International Standards on Auditing and our client’s Audit Methodology,
- Ensure the audit file is aligned with the expected level of quality, aligned with

- Provide audit services to clients preparing their financial information either in IFRS or in local GAAP,
- Cover the regulatory aspects linked to the audit of banks/regulated entities in Luxembourg,
- Coordinate on-site fieldwork at clients to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process,
- Be one of the main contact of your clients for the audit and regulatory services provided to them,
- Be part of a multicultural audit teams, lead, coordinate and develop a team of less experienced colleagues,
- Build and maintain a network of business contacts, with a focus on client relationships,
- Expand the firm’s market share by initiating and actively participating in market development initiatives,
- Deliver innovative solutions by leveraging advanced technologies to address client needs and enhance efficiency.
As a Director, your portfolio would include a mix of responsibilities: (i) serving as the signing director for certain clients, where you would sign audit reports, and (ii) supporting the Partner on key clients by contributing to both client relationship management and the delivery of audit engagements.
Profile
- Master degree in Business Administration with main emphasis in Audit and Accounting
- Qualified as Réviseur d’entreprises in Luxembourg
- 8-10 years of professional experience in external audit (banking and PSF industry)
