- 10+ years experience in Compliance within an AIFM or similar regulated environment
- Eligible to act as Conducting Officer under CSSF criteria is a strong asset
- Deep understanding of Luxembourg regulatory framework
- Experience dealing with regulators and managing licensing processes
- Ability to build and structure a compliance function from scratch
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Strong execution capabilities and autonomy
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
