Legal
- Strong legal background (Bachelor +2 to Master), ideally in corporate or business law.
- At least 7 years’ experience in a legal department, fiduciary, or law firm, with solid knowledge of Luxembourg and French corporate law.
- Excellent drafting skills in French and professional English; rigorous, autonomous, and well-organized.
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of GDPR, KYC/AML, and dealings with banks/notaries/lawyers is an asset.
