- 10+ years in real estate, proven track record managing funds within an AIFM environment, fluent in English and solid German required.
- Lead the Real Estate Portfolio Management team and act as the key interface between investors, custodian bank, and real estate managers.
- Own regulatory and strategy-compliant portfolio management across diversified real estate and liquidity portfolios.
- Drive the full deal lifecycle — due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, financing, and valuation quality assurance.
- Shape fund launches and structuring, including investment strategy design and process optimization.
- Manage liquidity, budgets and FX for funds under your responsibility.
