- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar business support role.
- Strong experience in contract management, sales administration, CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Analytical and process-driven, with the ability to improve workflows and ensure operational excellence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong asset, and additional European languages are a plus.
