About the Company
Luxembourg-based AIFM specialized in alternative investments, managing a diversified range of funds across private equity, venture capital, private debt, and microfinance, with a strong focus on impact investing and ESG integration.
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years’ experience within an AIFM or asset manager in alternative investments
- Strong exposure to private debt (credit analysis, loan lifecycle, risk monitoring)
- Good understanding of multi-strategy portfolios (PE, VC, infra, microfinance)
- Experience with open-ended / evergreen structures and liquidity management
- Solid knowledge of AIFMD, Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF, SIF, SCSp, SICAR)
- Strong risk management mindset (market, credit, liquidity, operational risks)
- Interest or experience in ESG / impact investing / SFDR
- Hands-on, autonomous, and able to operate in a transversal environment
- Strong communication skills (English required, French is a plus)
