Ariane Triebfürst is Director in charge of HR Services. She is an international Human Resources professional with extensive generalist HR experience across APAC, EMEA and North America. She is an agile business enabler that puts her clients first and allows businesses to be competitive in their respective market through strategic HR and leadership support.

Ariane started her career with RBC Dexia Investor Services in Malaysia where she had the opportunity to learn and take charge of all facets of the HR world and be an integral part of the office and HR function set up and growth development. This experience defined the next years of her career and enabled her, upon her return in Europe four years later, to take the responsibility of Alter Domus’ international offices as HR Business Partner.

In the next 12 years with Alter Domus, Ariane had the opportunity to set the basis for the HR function in (at the time) all offices and bring the local businesses to the next level. This included, but wasn’t limited to, setting up the foundations of the HR function; defining and implementing performance and reward strategies; driving attraction, engagement, retention, and development of talent with HR programs; HR tech implementation and subsequent transformation; leading people integration projects following mergers and acquisitions across the world, as well as opening of new offices; developing internal training Academy built on a strong talent management framework; etc.

Ariane lived and worked in (and for) Malaysia, Luxembourg and the US (Chicago, IL), and has worked for (and in) Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Spain, The Netherlands, the UK, different states across the US, Mauritius, Australia, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Ariane holds a franco-german double degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources. While her native languages are French and German, you will mostly hear her speaking in English (or in Italian, but she will be ordering food).
